Term Of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera iOS application (“GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera”, “the App”). By downloading or using GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable App Store rules.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse location, camera, or live-stream features to harass, stalk, or invade others’ privacy.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its supporting services beyond what applicable law permits.
- Do not use the App in ways that interfere with driving safety or any activity that requires your undivided attention.
3. Features & Third-Party Content
GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera provides tools such as maps, live traffic, orientation, world clocks, 3D landmarks, geo-tagged photography, and live video discovery. Map imagery, traffic data, landmark visuals, and live streams may come from Apple, YouTube, or other providers. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or suitability.
4. Location & Safety Disclaimer
Location, compass, and traffic information are approximate and may be delayed or inaccurate. GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera is not a substitute for official navigation, emergency services, or professional surveying tools. Always prioritize real-world awareness and local laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera name, branding, and original App design belong to their respective owners. Third-party trademarks (including map and video providers) remain the property of their owners.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes & Termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue features without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
