This Privacy Policy describes how GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) handles information when you use the GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera iOS application. By using GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Access
Depending on the features you use, GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera may request access to:
- Location. Used for maps, live nearby video discovery, street view, 3D Earth centering, traffic, orientation coordinates, and geo-tagged photos.
- Camera. Used only when you capture geo-tagged photos.
- Photo Library. Used when you save or pick photos related to the camera feature.
- Network. Used to load map tiles, live stream metadata (for example YouTube search results), and related content.
- Device sensors. Heading / compass data for the Orientation feature.
2. How We Use Information
- To show your position on maps and provide location-aware features.
- To reverse-geocode approximate place names for watermarks and orientation cards.
- To search for nearby live streams and display map or traffic layers.
- To operate on-device features such as world clocks (timezone calculations are performed locally).
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data Storage
Location and media processing for features such as watermarked photos generally occur on your device. Photos you save remain under your control in your photo library. GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera does not require an account to use core features.
4. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party platforms and SDKs, including Apple MapKit / Core Location and, where configured, YouTube Data API for live stream discovery. Those services process requests according to their own privacy policies. We only send the minimum data needed for the requested feature (for example, approximate coordinates for a nearby search).
5. Permissions
You can grant or revoke location, camera, and photo library permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If you deny a permission, related features may be limited or unavailable.
6. Children’s Privacy
GPS Map-3D Map & Live Camera is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
